Unsubscribe from Marketing

For some reason I am unable to unsubscribe from marketing and irrelevant emails from O2. I click unsubscribe at the bottom of the email and then log in, and get presented with a screen with no actual options. See the screen shot I have attached below...

I have been grossly overcharged.
