Hey there! I would like to leave O2 as soon as my current contract expires (it should be around the 18th of December). I have to give 30 days notice and would like to ask you to initiate the process as I can't do it in my account, keep getting errors...

Hello Dear,I wanted why is O2 have such a huge and drastic change of monthly bill charges, especially for this month. It is showing £71, which is very huge amount as compared to the constant amount deductions every month. Can you explain me. Thanks
