Problem viewing or downloading bills

The whole 'billing' section has gone from the 'My O2 ' page on all my browsers.Previously the 'My O2' page had a menu area at the top which included a section to do with viewing and downloading current or old bills but this seems to have gone complet...

Pay final bill - left 02

Left 02 and have a final bill to pay. Unable to log on to my 02 as no longer a customer. Called the number and passed to five different people who have no clue! Help
