Resolved! Unable to access My02

I am trying to get into my 02 to access my E Sim, however for the security check it only gives me the option to receive a text from either my old phone number (not in use) or my new one that I can’t yet access as I need the sim.

Close my O2 account

I'm the account holder and bill payer once happily with Virgin mobile. I had two SIM deals plus an iPhone for my daughter. I ended my sim deal for a far better one with another provider. I can't access MY account without O2 sending verification codes...
