Hi.. I recently order a iPhone 16 pro and give my account details for direct debit. As my direct debit has declined but the upfront of my order has been deduct from my account. So can you return back to me?

O2 have not got your deposit, it will be placed in pending by your bank and returned by them in 5 to 7 days
