Hi I bought my mum a dongle during first lockdown (2020) as she doesn't have wifi so she could facetime us and use whats app. She has 15GB to use a month. This month we have had an alert to say she's used nearly her whole allowance in just 8 days. She's not done anything differently to normal - just goes on Facebook and What's app. She's not downloading or streaming anything.
I want to look at her historic data use to compare so my question is please, how do I view historic data use in My O2 please? I can see her data use for this month. And I can see history of bills and payments. But how do I check her monthly data usage please? Tried chat bot and calling O2 with no luck. Thanks!
