Hi
i got a text from O2 saying that I have finished my data.
however on my O2 it says I still have 3698 MB remaining.
can you please clarify?

What do your own phone logs say your data usage is?
We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 using the links below, they should be able to help you with this

If you have additional data due to Volt or another added bonus the system will still notify you when you have used the base data that comes with your tariff, however, your MyO2 will show the full amount you have available.
