Good Morning, I've been waiting until I can change my tariff but its been over a year now and I still cannot change it as no options appear. The options I'm looking for is SIM only and they show as blank.
Contract name is: O2 Sim Only Unlimited 30D 6GB
The webpage response:
No tariffs available
There aren't any tariffs for you to change to at the moment. This could be because there aren't any other tariffs suitable for your contract or you may not be able to move to a lower tariff yet.

You need to go to the upgrade options further down the page rather than a tariff change.
Choose to upgrade then select sim cards and other devices.
