Hi
I keep getting the a message when I try to log in to my O2, telling my 'My O2 is not avail lw to you yet'. I previously had access and do not understand why the change.
I have reset my password via the email that my bills come to but the log in tries to pre populate with an O2 email address and I don't know why.

O2 have messed up a system update which is effecting thousands of customers.
This is a customer to customer community, not O2, so we cannot access your account, sorry.
You need to contact O2.
