sorry a phone mast in this area isn't working

the mast that is im using is 10 miles away from my location and its been down since last week and i find it funny that im not connecting to any masts in my area and ive been told its a vodafone area not o2

Better than none. O2 normally don't put time frames or limits on mast repairs.

Don't think any of the providers put timescales on repairs as they have to get permission to access the land the mast stands on and might have to negotiate with the local council to close a road depending on the site and what is required.

 

The My Network app had an open fault for a mast near where I work for a good five months as they had to get a road closed and the local council isn't exactly quick off the mark (are they anywhere?)
