As a geriatric technophobe with a quite complicated problem regarding my account and log on issues, I feel I must congratulate "O2" on their customer service. My problems were dealt with and solved by Shahid who took an immense amount of time with an equal amount of patience to not only cure the glich but made sure that I was up to scratch with the systems involved.
If you are monitoring these comments "O2", give him a pat on the back (or maybe a rise?). It is by efforts of such staff as Shahid that your business will succeed.
