o2 Family Bolt On

for two days now i have tried to remove a number from my Family Bolt on, on all occasions upon confirming the request, i either get an ERROR page from o2 with a "Try Again Later" message, or my Bolt on page comes back on with the wrong Name and Number highlighted. This happened last week, but i managed to get an Advisor on chat and he did it for me, however since logging on every 20 or so minutes for the past three hours, no advisors are still available, anyone got any ideas please. Why oh Why did o2 have to change the format, if it isn't broken, don't fix it.

Rant over, plz help

If you call customer service on 202 , some advisors have system which they can amend your family bolt on for you x

thanks for that, i managed to get hold of an advisor by going onto thhe shopping page, and he did it for me, i asked why i was having the trouble, apparently it is a problem that they are trying to sort out.

I doubt you ever will be - I first tried at least 10 years ago and it didn't work then either!
