You wont be reconnected until you have settled your outstanding bill @Anonymous and to do that you will have to phone someone. Don't rely on Live Chat for this

Pay the bill through my o2 above then contact live chat to say it is paid and ask them to lift the bars . If that fails then you will need to call o2 via another method.
