Ordered eSim and now double frustrated. A few days ago I ordered an eSim for my new iPhone 14 Pro. The customer service rep assured me my physical Sim would not be turned off until I registered my eSim. Of course, like others I see here my physical eSim no longer works. To make matters worse, the Parcel/tracking number Ident code says not found and on the o2 web it shows as ordered but doesn’t show shipped. Customer service says it was shipped.
@O2Emma or @O2Ryan Can you help? Was it in fact shipped? How do I communicate with you as customer service is very polite but doesn't seem to have the correct information?

Gross incompetence on O2's part, @LeonardR. If you have an O2 store nearby, your best and quickest option would be to call in and see if they can give you an esim pack to replace the one sent that will probably never arrive. Print out the order you have, and be sure to bring photo ID with you if you go in store.
