upgrade

O2 coustomer service is very poor coustomer service.I want to upgrade my device but sometime call drop and sometime they,I need to call you back but nobody call me back.In my I have never see this type of coustomer service.

O2's Roaming partners

Does anybody know who aree O2's roaming partner(s) is/are in Finland? I have the phone set to "automatic" and it always finds Telia but this network seems to have substantial gaps in its coverage.

It really would appear they don't want you to track premium (or any other) calls. I think that's out of order, you should be able to see the calls you've made. One for the Ombudsman's office, I think.
