Resolved! pay monthly credit card change

I,m trying to change the credit card i use to pay monthly on direct debt i cant do it on line it says ring customer services but there is no one to speak to only options you get is about paying your bill,no human to take new details !!

Not impressed that cannot use open discount on new iPhone 6s, I can't see it written into terms and conditions either. Considering leaving O2 after 15 years!! Vodafone will offer same discount so better off cutting our losses!! Not happy!!!!

I was in the middle of a chat with Joe and a message came up to say that the o2 guy had lost connection to wait a minute and if it didnt return then end the chat a start again. O2 chat is now saying offline but the closing time is 10pm is anyone else...
