Time sync is 5 seconds slow, causing 2FA errors

Is there an issue with the O2 time servers? Keeping the automatic sync enabled on my phone the time is alwyas around 5 seconds slow.Disabling/re-enabling automatic time doesnt fix it.Restarting phone doesnt fix it.Changing time zone back and forth do...
