Scammed by O2. Discovered I've been paying for a SIM/NUMBER I've never had or used. Spent 3.5 hours on the phone and 2 in an O2 shop.... No one can help without the SIM, and they cannot provide a replacement even after showing ID Etc.Now told no one ...
