automatic log out

when I am in email, webmail automatically logs me out after about ten minutes. I then have to log in again. How do I stop this happening.

You can't sorry, you would be better using an email program to access your mail, as that wouldn't happen.

 

This forum and your log into MyO2 do the same, we have been asking for a fix for years now.

Try a browser add on which refreshes the web page at preset intervals.

I tried that for the forum but only with limited success, so I've stopped using it.

Problem with the reload add-ons is that you lose your message halfway through writing it.

That's what put me off, I wonder if there's a better one about?

 

I reckon it's unfixable unless O2 change the system.

THANKS. YES, I KEEP ASKING O2 TO FIX IT AND THEY SAY IT IS AND ITS NOT! I WAS ADVISED TO CHANGE MY WEBMAIL SERVER.
