Both new to me (unsurprising as I have VM off anyway) but I guess O2 don't want customers using those features anymore.

I was previously a BT Cellnet / O2 customer from the 90s through to around 2011 and remember the features being in the main menu back then. I find the message recording feature useful for work so I'll be using it now I've found it again until it stops working! 😛
Current devices: Apple iPhone 15 Pro Max, Apple iPad Pro 11” and Apple Watch Series 9 (all with O2)
