very disappointed in O2, since last year November. I have problems with O2. I always have to call them once a month to pay the bill because they are unable to take it from my account. I have been in your O2 shop seven times and I called you every month to set up a direct debit. Very disappointed in customer service

@Darina You need to speak to the Payment Management Team on 0800 902 0217.

The opening times are:

Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm

Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

You posted in PAYG. Just to say O2 seem to have problems in collecting payments for PAYG accounts.

We are told they know about it, but O2 being O2 we have not seen a fix.

 

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
