Although this article mentions Virgin Media Direcrt Debits, I wonder if it was wider than that judging by the Payment problem posts we have had on here recently

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

I would take what is posted in the comments of ISP Review with a big pinch of salt as the majority of them have bod all to do with the article, the usual Virgin are the devil and the Virgin Bashing mob are out... Same happens when there is a post about BT, EE or the likes...

Totally agree, take all online comments with a big pinch of salt !

Articles that are critical or highlight the perceived shortcomings of ISPs and MNOs are particularly targets for the ISP Review hit squad.
