Dear Sir/Madam,
I am disappointed with the service of O2 as I have had overdue notices on my account for the last 3 to 4 months. I have called each month to set up a direct debit and I called two days ago once again to set it up. Each of the four times the service has asked me to give my card details and have said those details have been saved, however I have had to repeat that process of calling and giving my details 4 times. My details have obviously not been saved and it has got really frustrating. Please I need help. I also want to know if I can cancel my contract without charge now, I am not happy with the service from O2. I would really appreciate any help or advice. Many thanks. Dili
