Was sold a sim only and to help it be sold to me claimed I would be entitled to free greggs, which I am unable to access so basically been massively lied to by 02. Disgusting way to act for a company this size

I take it you have downloaded the Priority App and registered.
Greggs only release so many codes that are usually valid for that day usually at 7am
Got a coffee the other day.
But if you bought a SIM on the strength of getting a free coffee or sausage roll and not on value for money or reception ... Well what can I say?

It's a business decision by Greggs to limit the number of codes
There is nothing O2 can do to ensure everyone gets free Greggs
With over 25 million O2 customers, Greggs would soon be calling in the Receivers were they to give that many codes out in a day
Same goes with freebies from Costa and Odeon Cinemas (who seem to have decided to stop free tickets)

With Virgin Media Customers well north of 25 million

I managed to get my free Greggs Hot Chocolate this morning when I got to work, so the offer is live you just have to be quick (I used mine at 7am)....
It does quite clearly state while stocks last @Baggysmalls

Not wishing to rub salt in the wound, but I got a sausage roll last week and a breakfast roll this morning.
Last week was about 11am, and this morning was 7:45.
As others say it just depends on what you are trying to get and if there are any codes left...

Not wishing to sound saucy (do ketchup at the back there now!😂) but I was offered one first-try some days back...
Nearest Greggs is 35mins away by car though...
