Why do you lie to me and say the o2 connection works fine in my area when it does not?

 

I would expect this from Tesco mobile. I left Vodafone for you and you suck.

If you are within the 14 day cooling off period you can leave.

General rule of thumb. Never change networks without first trying a PAYG  SIM on the network to which you propose to move

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

Obviously Vodafone gave you issues too, otherwise why jump ship to O2?

You need to change again if you still have the option without penalty fees

No problem with you raising this here, but if you are with Tesco Mobile, you obviously need to raise your issues with their Customer Services' team.
