How bad are o2 really?
I returned a phone within the 14 days and as it had an eSIM I can’t order a new sim til the refund as part of the order is complete (which can take up to 24 hours). This means I have to keep using the handset I’m sending back til the order is complete.
Not sure why the system cannot process more than one order at the one time.

I tried that yesterday but they say the same thing, as an order is outstanding they can’t order a new one plastic or eSIM.
