Phone arrived at couriers damaged.

My new phone was meant to arrive on Monday. Id tracked it through DHL tracking. By Tuesday it still hadn't arrived, so I contacted them. They said it arrived damaged, will be sent back an that I should contact 02.

Im struggling where to find the link to get this resolved. Ive had 2 days off work waiting for the phone to arrive, still no phone an the first bill came in today. Can anyone please tell me where I need to contact.

You will need to contact customer services, as i doubt o2 will know DHL are sending it back.

You need to call 202 from your mobile.
If you call 202, when it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else

Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone

Thanks for the quick reply bud.

I dont yet have a phone linked to 02 yet tho. Im using my old phone just now thats on giff gaff. Im new to 02 so my sim is with the new phone. Do you know what number id call from a non 02 sim?

Thanks again for the help bud. I was stressing a bit.
