O2 Webmail.

I am currently using O2 webmail.   I switched over from O2 Broadband to Sky Broadband  in November 2013 and the switchover terms clearly stated that I could continue to use my O2 webmail.   I am pleased to say that everything has been running well, as expected.    However, every time I do have a problem getting on to my O2 webmail there major trauma.    I can't discuss the problem with SKY.   Their technical advisers tell me they are not responsible for O2 Webmail.    I can't easily discuss the problem with O2.    Their technical advisers give me little help and say I should go back to SKY.    Recently, I had trouble getting on to my O2 webmail.   It turns out that the logging on procedure had slightly changed.    I contacted both SKY and O2.   As usual, I was given the runaround and wasted a great deal of time trying to resolve a simple problem.   Are O2 going to help people in my situation?      By the way, I do not have an O2 mobile phone.    I am satisfied that the O2 webmail is working very well at the moment and I hope this continues.   But I am interested if anyone else is having similar problems.

It was made very clear that Sky were responsible for administration of all the migrated O2 accounts and there was some help pages on the Sky website regarding this.
I'm confused that they say they "can't" help you and feel this is more of a "won't" help you tbh......

Many thanks for that. This is the usual response I get but you are factually wrong. I have it confirmed in writing that I will continue to get O2 webmail. Indirectly, I am paying for it. And despite many similar comments, I am hopeful that I will continue to get it. Has anyone got anything useful to add.

From Sky's help pages:
What if I have a problem with my service(s)?Hide
If you haven't moved over to Sky, just contact O2 and BE Customer Services in exactly the same way you do now. Otherwise, call Sky's dedicated customer service team on 08448 245 480.

Additionally, it mentions this:
If you are joining Sky from O2 on or after 22 November - great news, you are still able to use your O2 email address with a inbox storage size of 1GB (the same as what you had when with O2). When are you active with your Sky services you are also able to set up your own Sky Yahoo! Mail Mailbox with unlimited storage. You'll first need a My Sky account, which you can set up at sky.com/mysky

Thank you for that and I appreciate the reply. However, SKY are absolutely adamant that they will not help me with O2 webmail problems and they refer me back to O2 (even though my contract is now with SKY. This is my current situation and I don't know whether it is likely to improve.
