Got an unexpected bill of £415.77 this all wrong spoke to virgin yesterday they said it,s an O2 issue spoke to O2 it's a virgin issue was promised a waive discharge no one will help . Never wanted or agreed to O2 in the first leave it incase you change your mind well I changed my mind and deleted the email and still no help I wish to close an unauthorised account down and no ones taking it seriously. Not paying when not using the service you can't change someone for something they,re not using.

You need to take a step back here and accept that O2 can charge you for a service that you are not using if you signed-up for it and if the charges are correct as per the Terms and Conditions.
You need to contact O2 about your predicament. Unfortunately, this is a customer to customer community so we cannot access your account or offer other direct help.

If Virgin agreed to waive it then Virgin need to sort it call them back and log a complaint on 0345 454 1111 or https://www.virginmedia.com/help/complaints and get them to liase with o2..
If o2 dont know about it then they cant action it...
So as I said take it up with Virgin...
