Solved: No signal

I have had no signal in Middleham, North Yorkshire for 5 days now and still it shows as mast problems. When will this be repaired?

masts take from a few hours to much longer several weeks.

Examples of time scale can bee seen in many threads.

But one in surrey took so long people complained to bbc watchdog.

it was a month but land access on mod land was the issue.

This is the reason o2 will not give timescales to a fix date just ib case there are further issues.

This is a customer to customer forum, we would not know when a mast would be fixed, contact cs on 202 or use live chat to see if anyone is going to fix it & are O2 aware of it

O2 won't tell you when it will be fixed but as it is showing on the faults page you know it's been worked on.
