As the title suggests I have no mobile data signal around my home whatsoever, (around a km circle) my partner who is also on o2 has absolutely no mobile data signal around our home. It has been like this for several months. We have been relying on wifi but as I am paying for mobile data this is unacceptable.
Also on several occasions where we have been relying on mobile data in city centre locations it's hasn't worked at all one such instance left us unable to off hire our e-scooters as both of our phones had no mobile data in the middle of Southampton City center. Which meant we had to walk for 45 minutes until it worked. I used to be with vodaphone and had no mobile data issues at all. Really disappointed with o2.
