I have been having really bad internet access and phone calls are next to useless due to their being network issues for a few months now, the latest update I got from O2 is it may not be fixed until 26th November- when I queried whether it would mean a reduction in my bill they said no as it in the terms and conditions. How long should the phone company be able to get away with not providing a full service for the full cost if the bill

Very sorry to hear the network issues where you are.
Generally speaking it is written in the T & C's but you make a good point really, have to say
I have no idea and it would take some debating and fighting for a reduction I expect.
