Hi everyone, I am having massive issues applying my NHS discount. Basically, I don't have an NHS email, so I uploaded my payslip. Everything checks out apart from my National Insurance number because it's not provided on the payslip for security reasons. I've been back and forth for days with advisors, and quite simply, they don't have a clue. Can anyone help me with this, please? It's really starting to become frustrating. The last thing I tried was uploading a different document that wasn't dated within the last three months but had all the relevant information on it, which was my P60 that I got in April. I honestly don't know where to turn from here. I'm at the stage of going back down and just getting a refund and going to a different company, as it can't be this hard to apply a discount.

The code for the NHS is NHS01.

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you use O2's social media to help by messaging them on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this. Note the Time-Limit bit, which catches some people out, @Jake_Ards - good luck!

If you don't have an NHS email your company may be identified differently.

In the guide, you can text OPEN followed by the company name to 61202 and it will confirm your eligibility and the O2 Open code to use.

I have the company code already everything checks out IE company name just my NI number as its not on the payslip for security reasons

It should be simple enough to get it added manually by O2 then, but then again, nothing is simple these days.

Try social media as advised, but you may need to keep nudging them to keep them engaged.

Yeh can't be that hard to apply but no matter who I get through to they never seem to be from the UK and simply don't have a clue, would I be better going in store can they apply discount that's were I got the phone and I'm still within my 14 days
