Read that yesterday, @Enlli - no more ‘Out of Hours and Complaints Team’ but the ‘Formal Complaints Support’ guys and gals to be brought back in-house by VMO2. That "one man in a shack" taking six weeks or more to handle a formal complaint is about to get a whole lot of help ... Should help those who get their phone nicked 👍

Let's remember these are synergies. They will be needed for when both companies are combined into one and then flogged off to some hedge fund or Venture Capitalists.

Crapita, are very expensive for what they offer, and to be honest they are losing a lot of contracts at the moment, a few companies I know of have pulled their contracts, in the past few years...
However saying that move teams offshore has a lot of drawbacks, and a few companies are moving back in house...
