Mast problem tonbridge kent

Anonymous
Not applicable
My data download speed is poor. O2 have Advised that the demand in the area is high, therefore there are too many users trying to use the mast. There does not seem to be anywhere in which you can make a complaint regarding the service. It is poor considering they do not appear to be in a rush to sort the issue out. That would of course involve spending money. When will this mast be fixed or upgraded or even better, become 4g!?

Once the mast had been resolved then you can make your case for reimbursement for loss of service via phone call to Uk CS to which the numbers are in the contact us tab at the bottom of the forum page and or the online complaint service.

Hi.

O2 won't give mast status repairs out etc.

Have you checked the mast status yourself.

Sometimes switching to 2g can help if your phone allows it.

If O2 have advised you there is an issue with the mast being busy they will be working to sort it out so making a complaint will achieve nothing.

They won't give you a time to fix though as there maybe other masts and works affected too.

Thanks for your input. I had already checked the service status however it has been the same for some time and is just frustrating that they do not upgrade the mast quicker. I seem to remember that the 3 network has the same error for quite some time and took a year to sort the issue out. Not on

I don't see that will achieve anything as O2 have done nothing wrong, but if you want to go ahead.

The service you have is provided on a best efforts basis with no guarantee of it being continuous.

You're welcome.

You may or may not be offered anything.

However this course of action has been discussed before on the forum and some have been successful. I'm sure O2 will look at this for you.

Take care.
