Live Chat - Priority to New Contact Customers

Anonymous
Not applicable

I have been waiting at least an hour to connect to an advisor to discuss an upgrade. I got sick of waiting so i thought i would try a different route - existing customer, new contract and i connected immediatley to an advisor. This must just be a fluke so i try existing customer, upgrade once again and i wait and wait and wait. Ok i try new contract again and once again i connect immediately to an advisor. Now i am trying via existing customer, upgrade and guess what - waiting and waiting and waiting

Welcome to O2. Someone will be with you soon.

We're really busy right now. Thanks for waiting.

That is how long i have been waiting - good job i have plenty of time on my hands today. I even tried ringing 202 from my phone and guess what - they are busy too. I guess it would be quicker to cancel my contract with O2 and take out a new one with them.

It has been very busy lately because of the s4 launch & sky taking over O2 broadband but that should have all died down by now, try early morning when its quiet or in the evening

Possibly Sg4, not 100% sure yet. I currently have a Sg2 and i find that a little on the large side - Sg4 is bigger !

It's true the screen is rather large but in my case that's because I'm used to my iPhone 5 screen size.

I'm sure it wouldn't take too long at acclimatise to the size.

I use a bumper on mine that then slips into a belt holster due to the work I do and the fact that I don't like the idea if having my phone in pockets that naturally collect lint and dust.

I'm not sure I'd want the s4 stuck to my hip tho due to its size.

I viewed a person using a note to make a call yesterday and recall shaking my head thinking that's just too big !
