Yes I found I got messed about when I was buying a dongle but it came eventaully, I presume youve been online with the chat and got nowhere ?

Don't bother with live chat as they will be unable to help... from previous posts we have seen on here. Incidentally, until that phone reaches you.... it's the responsibility of O2 not UK Mail (or whatever courier service is being used.)
