If you are on benefits you may find you won't pass the credit check to get one via O2. They are very strict

Without knowing the type of phone you need it would be hard to recommend.

Do you want a standard phone that basically does calls and text, or are you after some sort of smartphone?

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

I'm on enhanced rate PIP, I passed the credit checks with no problems.

 

But that was about 18 months ago.

I hate to be picky but I seriously wish some people would stop calling disabled people "special needs", I've had that most of my life as a disabled person myself, and I hate it, especially given the Internet link to the word "special" meaning *cough* the R word.

 

Sorry but it's something that just boils my wee wee.
