After up grading to a Samsung S23 .How do i get my FREE galaxy Buds 2 Pro. A code was sent but it does`nt work. I`ve tried contacting o2 and am getting NOwhere.

What an EFFIN surprise. After a 45 minute PHONE CALL yesterday August 2nd 2023, Being told the FREE Samsung Galaxy Buds2 Pro had been ordered, A Promise of an Email confirmation within 24hrs . AND NOT A SIGN of SOD ALL. O2 is SO FULL OF CRAP. I would`nt recommend o2 to anyone. In fact I`d recommend NOT using o2 for anything. THE after sales SERVICE IS CRAP, THEY do NOT honour their PROMOS.
