Hi,i just got a text telling me o2 are puttin gup my bill 7.8% to your annual charges fee of 3.9%,total increase of 11.7%,you are just explioting people now,using the world situation to your advance to raise peoples bill,should be ashamed

That must be the RPI price increase every April, @skipman - every mobile phone network does that, so blame the economy in general - that's what drives inflation and the Retail Price Index (and oil price hikes too, contribute, of course).
