Absolutely disguised with o2. Come to realise that o2 have been over charging me and not adhering to the price promised to me when I took the contract out. 4 months of trying to sort this must be 20 odd hours on the phone to them, repeatedly lied to by customer advisors in regards to having this sorted, hung up on and so far a total of 4 “urgent” manager requests over the past couple of weeks and yet to speak to a manager! No apology no compensation just constantly treated disgustingly especially for a customer of 10 plus years. Was told for several months now that I would receive my refund into my o2 account of the amount of £300 odd quid and even got it in writing that it would be credit and available for the 18th of January, surprise surprised still no refund. What a joke of a company.
