I have spent 3 hours over 2 days trying to speak to someone with any practical knowledge or who who can provide any actual customer service.
in short I have 3 contracts with 02. I cancelled one contract on 19/3 and queried why a month later my account still showed the cancelled contract. I was told there had been an error at 02’s end and as such I was stuck with another bill for data which I had not used. 2 hours of being passed between 2 departments, including a disconnection whilst I waited on complaints and I receive a series of text messages saying all 3 contracts were now cancelled! I have now spent 30 mins in a queue for customer service.
not sure if outsourcing customer service to Manila, India or the African continent is based on financial costs but I will now be leaving 02 and not recommending them to anyone.
