I couldn't find where I could contact O2 about positive feedback, not just complaints. So I thought I'd post on here to say that Nahida was so sweet and patient when I rang to find out about upgrading my device. She spoke through all my options and went above and beyond to make sure I got the best deal. Thank you Nahida!
