First of all, chat support is at the lowest it can exist. I have been billed for a month of Disney+ Extra although I had Auto-renew OFF, but it took O2 system 2 days to cancel Disney+ Extra (Extra expired on 27/02, system canceled it on 29th). Bill was generated on 28th, saw the extra still active somehow and billed me 7.99.
I explained this to support engineer (I have proof of entire conversation). It took him/her 30 minutes to check exactly what I found myself.
So if anyone gets billed for Disney+ , please check your account for all notifications, check when you set Auto-renew OFF, and when they've generated the bill. 🤦♂️🤦♂️

The advice I always give is to switch auto renew off as soon as you sign up to the extra..
Also be aware that the billing is also requested by Disney a couple of days before your bill is due, so it may be worth speaking to them as well...
