Im hoping someone can help me. I had a data plan which was working intermittently on my apple watch, i was told to remove this by an o2 advisor on Saturday who said i had to go to the store to purchase an esim pack. The store have advised me this is incorrect and now I cant add a data plan in the watch app, I get error code 14. I have just contacted o2 customer service who keep telling me to go to the store and purchase an esim pack. Help me please!!!
