cancelling 5s order to go back and select 4g'ssss

Right so I went to pay for my upgrade online gave up as I went back to work, now I log on and it remembers where I have got to, I want to go right back to the start to select 4g instead of 3g.. Any help would be appreciated, Ringing up doesn't seem like fun today! thanks

Cant you clear the shopping basket or something similar.

 

Yes o2 Customer Services will be on overdrive with the launch.

 

Perhaps wait until Monday and try ringing them then.

Same problem with me i want to choose gold now not black and I'm stuck on the payment area every time I go to upgrade it takes me back to where I was I can't clear the shopping basket or anything

Tried that but now I made another order with the gold 5s but I'm scared if I pay i might pay for the black one also

Only the gold one ... The black one isn't but when I click on " upgrade " it takes me to the black one the payment area bit

I have to refer to my earlier advice and ring o2 Customer Service's to complete your upgrade.
