Solved: VAT Invoice

Anyone know how I can get VAT monthly invoice, when I print out my bill, it say's this is not a VAT invoice

You have to call o2 and ask them to enable vat invoicing on your account.

You need to contact customer service and ask for vat invoices to be switched on.
