Just bought yself an iPhone 5, had a 4 with o2 and tried this evening to sim swap to keep all contacts and photos and the same mobile number. But o2 keep telling me Sim Swap failed, snyone know how i can stop this or who to call?

Any contacts or photos stored on the simcard will be lost when your number is transferred. You need to back them up to your PC or a memory card.
