Pay front but declined

Good day, I apply yesterday for a phone here in the apps I pay 100 pounds for front pay. But in the last part i got declined because of the credit score. 

How can i get my refund my £100 money and when?.

The  money has been held in a pending section of your account. If O2 have refused your order it will be returned within 3 days. Or ring your bank tomorrow and ask them to refund it from pending.
