Looks like you should contact the sales team as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you
See links below
Or you can call them from 8am to 8pm on 0808 002 0202 or 0800 081 0255

I know it won't help but there seems to be something strange going on with Apple watch.
I ordered 45mm series 8 on Tuesday, was told Thursday it had glitches at the processing stage. Order cancelled and was told to redo the order.
So reordered Thursday morning with the watch ultra in green, showing as available for next day delivery, and this one again is still not got a green tick for processing.
Spoke to customer services yesterday who told me it was due for dispatch yesterday, checked this morning and still no further.
Will just have to wait and see what happens I suppose. Luckily I havnt got my iPhone yet so I'm in no major rush.

This was the chat I had last.
Thanks for completing the security check, I appreciate it.
I have checked your order detail & can see that you have placed an order for Apple Watch Series 8 Sport on 04/10/2022 & for Apple Watch Ultra Titanium on 06/10/2022, both are ready for provisioning which will complete within 24 to 48 hours & after that they will be dispatch.
I can sense that you would be excited for your new iPhone and looking to get an update on it. Be assured that I'm here for you and I'll certainly help you with the details of your order.
I've checked your account and I see that you've ordered the Apple iPhone 14 Pro Max on 04/10/2022. The iPhone 14 series was available to pre-order on O2 from 1pm on Friday 9 September, online or over the phone for delivery, or in store to collect and we'll start delivering these orders from Friday 16 September. Since we have an automated process for delivery which works on a first come basis, your request will be dealt in the same order.
I understand that the device would've been in stock when you had ordered it, however; once the order is placed, it goes through various stages. Like confirming the order, sending it for fulfilment, processing it, etc. and in these stages the device may go out of stock. We are short on supply as there has been a market wide delay. The manufacturer too, is unable to provide the expected date for this model. However, we are updating our stock details and coordinating with the manufacturer. I can assure you that we are holding your place in the queue for the delivery of your device.
Once the manufacturer sends us the shipment and we have it in our stock we will notify you immediately and the very next day it will be out for delivery. The best thing is that you'll receive multiple e-mails when the order is dispatched from our end and when it is received by the logistics company. Once the order is scanned at their warehouse, an another e-mail will be sent which will contain all the details of your order. It will also contain the exact time and date as to when the order will be delivered to you. The courier will also text you with the estimated time of arrival, so you can get yourself ready or reschedule if you need to.
You can click on the support tab in your MyO2 App and select “Track my order” –this will give you the latest information on your order along with the tracking ID when it reaches the courier.
